Diese Bakterien, wie beispielsweise <em>Microthrix parvicella<\/em> oder <em>Nocardia<\/em>-Arten, k\u00f6nnen das Schlammvolumen durch die Bildung langer, fadenf\u00f6rmiger Strukturen deutlich erh\u00f6hen. Der Schaum kann sich an der Oberfl\u00e4che des biologischen Tanks ansammeln und zu Verstopfungen, verminderter Sauerstoffzufuhr und sogar zu Ger\u00e4tesch\u00e4den f\u00fchren. Dies erschwert auch die visuelle Inspektion und \u00dcberwachung des Prozesses.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Schlechte Schlammabsetzung im Nachkl\u00e4rbecken<\/strong><br \/>\nDie filament\u00f6se Struktur der Belebtschlammflocken macht sie weniger kompakt. Dies verringert die Schlammabsetzgeschwindigkeit im Kl\u00e4rbecken und f\u00fchrt zu einer sogenannten Bl\u00e4hsituation. Der Schlamm bleibt in der Schwebe, anstatt zu Boden zu sinken, was zu einem Schlamm\u00fcberlauf in den Abwasserablauf f\u00fchren kann.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zu hoher Schwebstoffgehalt im Abwasser<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Schlechtes Absetzen und Schaumbildung erh\u00f6hen den Schwebstoffgehalt im Abwasser. Dies wirkt sich direkt auf die Wasserqualit\u00e4t aus und kann zur Nichteinhaltung von Abwassernormen f\u00fchren. Dar\u00fcber hinaus k\u00f6nnen nachgelagerte Prozesse, wie z. B. die Terti\u00e4rbehandlung, gest\u00f6rt werden.<\/p>\n<p>Die traditionelle Methode zur Leicht- Schwimmschlammkontrolle umfasst die Anpassung verschiedener Prozessparameter (wie Sauerstoffgehalt und Bel\u00fcftungsregime) und die Zugabe von Flockungsmitteln, um den Schlamm zu verklumpen. Dadurch wird er schwerer und die Wahrscheinlichkeit, sich im Kl\u00e4rbecken abzusetzen, steigt. Obwohl dies eine wirksame Methode zur Reduzierung des Schwebstoffgehalts im Abwasser ist, l\u00f6st die Zugabe von Flockungsmitteln das Leicht- Schwimmschlammproblem nicht. Der in den biologischen Reaktor zur\u00fcckgef\u00fchrte Schlammanteil enth\u00e4lt noch filament\u00f6se Bakterien. Sind die Wachstumsfaktoren dieser Bakterienst\u00e4mme im biologischen Reaktor noch vorhanden, \u00fcberwuchern sie die flockenbildenden Bakterien erneut. Mit der Zeit kann sich das Problem bei l\u00e4ngerer Flockungsmitteldosierung verschlimmern, da die koloniebildenden Bakterien schlie\u00dflich aus dem Kl\u00e4rschlamm verschwinden.<\/p>\n<p><strong>QM Environmental International<\/strong> bietet eine Reihe mikrobieller Produkte zur Bek\u00e4mpfung von Fadenbakterien und zur Wiedereinschleppung koloniebildender St\u00e4mme an. Dadurch wird der Schwebstoffgehalt im Abwasser reduziert.
