QM-Dry Vapour Unit

The Dry Vapour Unit (D.V.U.) is an innovative solution to effectively address odor problems. This system neutralizes odors without the use of water, making it an efficient and sustainable choice for both indoor and outdoor use. It is particularly suited for applications in industrial wastewater and sewage treatment plants, where it can be used to control odors emanating from sludge dewatering areas, sludge storage tanks and other areas where odor can manifest itself.

QM Perimeter Odor Control System and Atom-N odor neutralizers

The QM Perimeter Odor Control System is a high-pressure odor control system designed to provide protection against unpleasant odors that escape beyond the boundaries of a site. To achieve this, our QM Atom-N odor neutralizer products are automatically diluted in water and metered into the system and then atomized by a series of nebulizers around the site boundary. The fine mist produced absorbs and neutralizes odors as they float through the air, fall to the ground and are biodegraded.

The nebulizers are high quality and are self-cleaning, preventing clogging. The mist is a atomized fog that can reach up to 20 meters far for excellent coverage and to tackle odor at the source.

The QM Perimeter Odor Control System has the option for a wind speed and directional monitor mounted on the system. This is an advantage because it reduces QM atom neutralizer consumption. The system is only active when the wind is blowing in a direction at a certain speed that would cause odor complaints. The user can easily program up to eight directions into the unit. Where the option is provided, a manual override selector switch is fitted as standard.

BIOFORMULA FOR DEODORIZATION OF WASTE, SEWAGE SLUDGE, COMPOST, SOIL AND WASTEWATER

MicroCat®-ANL is a liquid mixture of selected, adapted microorganisms for use under anoxic and anaerobic conditions. The product is formulated for use in waste, compost, sewage sludge, contaminated soil and wastewater to suppress odors and enhance biodegradation when the amount of available oxygen is limited.
